Codie & Josh
The cloudy skies drizzled here and there on the day Josh and Codie were married. Just before noon on an early August day, their closest family and friends gathered around the entrance of the Denver LDS Temple to await the newlyweds first sighting as a married couple.
As they ran through a tunnel of loving hands, hugs, and cheers, Codie and Josh laughed without taking notice of the drizzling rain.
We began their portraits around the grounds of the Denver LDS Temple, which boasted beautiful blooming flowers and impressive architecture. Not to mention that arch of flowers I loved so much (you'll see plenty). Shortly after, we headed north for their second ceremony of the day. Because very few of their loved ones were able to watch the initial marriage declaration, the new Angle's elected to have a ceremony where all may attend.
The Great Lawn at Mehaffey Park in Loveland, Colorado was as green as possible, surrounded by massive red stonework and an impressive bridge made of stone, with a great industrial look. Codie and Josh were careful to decorate their white reception tent with wooden signs painted with white, and beautiful greenery gracing the long farm tables to match Codie's leafy flower crown and bouquet. A great hit of their party was the incredible dessert bar, complete with their families favorite dessert recipes (like her grandfather's prize winning donuts. Yes, I had one).
There are few things greater than seeing two people so in love, and having them declare their love to the world twice in one day. Congratulations, Josh and Codie!! And cheers to an incredibly beautiful day. Here's to all the happy years coming your way!

Cheers to finding the right Angle,
